  • What am I paying for? What am I not paying for?
  • What are the differences between a retained firm and a contingent one?
  • How much should I expect a retained firm to want to "drive"?
  • When should I expect to see candidates? How many will I see?
  • What are administrative fees?

Derek Wilkinson, Senior Vice President & Principal, Slayton Search Partners, will explain all this - and more. At Slayton, Derek specializes in finance and accounting executive searches across industries.

Project SAME meetings are held at the Rockville campus of Montgomery College, 3:00-5:00 pm. Membership and meetings are free and open to all HR professionals. Let us know that you'll be there.
