negotiating, and coordinating the hiring process. Implement strategies to

staff to implement recruiting and selection practices that meet
international banking standards. Requires 5 years international
recruiting experience, preferably with financial emphasis; fluency in
English and Spanish; ability to travel and work flexible hours; top notch
recruiting skills.
HR
Manager (6 month assignment) - Lead coordination of all operational
and project activities of the HR Department, facilitating timely,
effective accomplishment of the unit's operating plan goals, with
emphasis on field HR strengthening and technical assistance and on global
talent management/staffing. Establish quality benchmarks for each HR unit
and report progress to HR Director and FINCA International Management
Team. Requires related degree and 6+ years senior level international HR
work including managing staff of at least 4; knowledge of up-to-date HR
laws, technology, methods, etc.; fluency in English. Spanish, French or
Russian fluency a plus. 40% travel.
HR
Specialist - Implement specific areas of HR including, but not limited
to, Performance Management Administration, HR analytics, job description,
orientation, employee recognition programs, and other department
projects. Requires related degree or equivalent work experience; 3-5
years HR work experience, preferably in an international organization and
financial services organization; industry knowledge of HR; analytic
skills; fluency in English and either Spanish or Russian.
