Participate in the development of HR strategies, coordination of the department activities, and represent the department in meetings with customers and external organizations.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field; at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience handling complex and varied employment management situations (including investigations and reorganizations), of which a minimum of three years has been spent managing HR client services; ability to understand strategic direction and develop and implement programs and activities in alignment with corporate strategies. Principles and practices of organization, administration and budget management required.
