Human Resources Generalist
At HunterLab, over 70% of their business
comes from international markets - global with local
representation in more than 65 countries. Their overall
objective is to provide the most effective instruments and services
available for the identification, measurement and control of the way
things look.
The HunterLab Human Resources Department serves
the needs of 70 dedicated staff. In this newly created position
as HR Generalist, you will be working at the very center of the
organization. Reporting to the company President as well as an
HR consultant, you will gain insight and exposure to everything that
takes place.
You will
be responsible for the overall administration of all employee
benefits and participate in recruitment, employee
orientation and exit interviews. Your responsibility is to
support your colleagues and the mission of the organization. In
return, your work will be varied and not restricted to core
HR.

Knowledge Advisor: Utilizes
generalist HR knowledge and expertise to advise
members on practical human resource management and business
topics. Develops and facilitates the creation of HR-related
online and print products. Balances multiple priorities by
communicating with members using several media - phone, email and
instant messaging - and maintains accountability for accurately and
efficiently responding to all inquiries. Conducts customized
online research in real-time using the best sources available.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and a minimum of
5 years of experience in all areas of HR management in multiple
environments. PHR/SPHR
certification is required within 1 year of employment.
HR
Business Partner: Reports to the Director of Human
Resources, with matrixed responsibility to
the Executive Director of the HR Certification
Institute. Principal responsibilities include building the
capacity and capabilities of the HR Certification Institute for
growth. Responsible for providing all HR support functions to
the Institute, for facilitating cultural diversity, change management
and employee relations.
Requires Masters degree in HR or MBA with HR
concentration preferred. Bachelor's degree with over 10 years
of experience in a management capacity is acceptable. At least 5-7
years experience in the human resource management field. SPHR
or GPHR required.

development consulting firm designs and directs innovative
economic growth strategies to help countries and businesses compete
globally. They are seeking a well-organized, highly
motivated Human Resources Director, reporting to the Executive Vice
President, in the firm's growing Corporate Services unit.
The
selected candidate would be responsible for the strategic development
of the department, including overseeing the work of the HR
Manager updating internal policies and processes, managing strategic
and corporate planning, recruiting for Senior Home Office positions,
and much more in this strategic role.
Requires relevant degree, 10-15 years HR management
experience, preferably in international and/or contracting
environments, fluency in English, proficiency in Spanish or French,
and high level of global cultural and political awareness. GPHR
or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsible
for:
- Position
classification using both narrative and factor evaluation system
formats
- Conducting
desk audits; developing evaluation reports; an in-depth
knowledge of the principles of position management; and an understanding
of the relationship between position classification and other
functional areas within human resources.
- Oversight
and management of compensation practices. Plan, develop and
implement new and revised compensation programs, policies,
procedures, in order to be responsive to the College's goals and
competitive practices. Ensure that compensation-related policies
and pay practices are legally compliant.
- Managing
special compensation delivery projects such as reorganizations,
job leveling, job hierarchies, common merit dates, salary
structure updates, FLSA compliance etc.
Requires relevant degree and 4+ years experience in
compensation and classification.
