Manage new hire paper flow and monitor the new employee orientation.
Enroll employees in the benefit programs on a timely basis as appropriate
and as dictated by practice/policy. Establish and maintain files for all
IRCA and I-9 activities. Manage insurance programs on a day-to-day basis
answering employee requests for information/assistance. Administer
flexible spending account plans and perform monthly insurance invoice
reconciliation. Act as Systems Administrator for the Halogen Performance
process. Requires: 2-5 years benefit administration experience, excellent
computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, ADP, and HR
Perspective. This position requires strong attention to detail, the
ability to multi-task and a strong customer service orientation.
