Requires:

HR
Coordinator (part-time, 28 hours): seeking an
innovated and self- motivated person to assist the Director of Human
Resources in the oversight of 200 employees. The HR Coordinator will
be a resource to employees as well as responsible for managing one's
own projects. Prior Human Resources knowledge must include:
benefits administration; FMLA, workers' compensation; HR audits;
recruiting. The position also includes general administrative
responsibilities for the HR team. This position offers excellent
exposure to all aspects of the Human Resources field and requires the
ability to work closely with other HR team members. Successful
candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate
with excellent communication skills.
Payroll
Manager: Ensure timely and accurate
preparation of all payroll operations and work closely with the HR
department to ensure that payroll actions are in conformance with
employment and benefits practices and accounting procedures; maintain
validity and integrity of payroll system data and ensure all payroll
transactions are in compliance with relevant laws and company policy.
Requires related degree and 5+ years accounting experience, along
with superior management and communication skills.

Key areas
of responsibility include full life cycle recruitment, manage effective
relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
and fill openings in a timely manner, and maintain a pipeline of
qualified candidates for future consideration, screen candidate
resumes, conduct employment pre-screening interviews, and assist with
salary analysis, negotiations, and preparation of offer requests, as
well as follow through to acceptance and start. Provide input on
staffing reports, candidate sourcing, post positions on internet
sites. Additionally, ensure compliance with all legal requirements,
monitor/audit job files and be responsible for tracking applicant
flow. Candidate must have Intel recruiting experience servicing the
Northern Va. Intel community. Minimal local travel, mainly for career

world. The Benefits Administrator is a member of the HR unit and
is responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day operations of

short- and long-term disability, life and accident insurance,
flexible spending plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits).
Requires strong working knowledge of all pertinent federal and local
regulations, filing and compliance requirements (both adopted and

FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Social

requirements. Must have strong proven analytical skills and
