HardHatsAggregate Industries Management, Inc. is an environmentally responsible producer of high quality construction materials.  This position, in the Corporate Office, provides day-to-day support for the benefits and compensation strategy, policy, and procedures.  Reporting to the Benefits Supervisor, it ensures data integrity of HRIS systems through weekly audits, and administers and supports the HR Department's related  programs and projects.  Requires  3-5 years of benefits experience, detail orientation with excellent customer service and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Must be proficient in HIPAA and FMLA guidelines with knowledge of laws, government regulations and practices related to employee and retiree health benefits.
