Manage and
process benefit programs, coordinate employment process, and conduct new
employee orientation. This position is a main point of contact
between HR Department and Payroll and serves as a back up for
the payroll administrator. HR Coordinator functions as a liaison
between vendors and employees. Requires familiarity with standard
concepts, practices and processes in the benefits field, exceptional
customer service, and a certain degree of creativity and flexibility.

year in HR, and

Join the
HR team supporting NRA's large, multi-state employee
base. Facilitate employee claims resolution, handle
enrollment issues, answer employee inquires, serve as liaison
to benefits carriers, assist in processing premium payments
and reconciliation of premiums to payroll/HR database, coordinate
employee deductions with payroll, maintain benefit information in our
database, design and generate reports to ensure the
accuracy of benefits data. Also, participate in event
